Who this policy covers
NestTrack is used by real estate professionals (“Agents”) to run their business, and by the clients and contacts those Agents invite into the platform (“Clients”). This policy applies to both. Agents are responsible for the contact information they enter about their own clients and for having the right to share it with us for processing.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, brokerage, profile photo, and similar details you provide when you sign up or set up your profile.
- Contact and client information — Agents store information about their clients and contacts in NestTrack, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, transaction details, notes, and communication history. This information is entered and controlled by the Agent.
- Payment information — when you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing details. We do not store full card numbers ourselves (see “Service providers” below).
- Messages and content — messages, documents, and other content you create or upload in the platform.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — basic information about how you use NestTrack, such as pages visited and features used, to operate and improve the service.
- Device and notification data — if you enable push notifications, we store a notification token so we can deliver alerts to your device.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the NestTrack platform;
- Let Agents manage their clients, deals, showings, and follow-up;
- Send transactional emails, text messages, and push notifications on an Agent’s behalf or to keep users informed (for example, a status update to a client, or a new-lead alert to an Agent);
- Process subscriptions and payments;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service;
- Protect the security and integrity of the platform and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service:
Between Agents and their Clients
NestTrack is a tool that connects Agents with their clients. Information an Agent enters or generates is visible within that Agent’s account and, where the Agent chooses, to the relevant Client (for example, a client-facing timeline or status update).
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate NestTrack. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Google Firebase — secure data storage, authentication, and hosting.
- OneSignal — delivery of push notifications.
- Resend — delivery of transactional and branded email.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Legal reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or NestTrack.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Agents may delete client records within the platform. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — you can view and update your profile information in the app at any time.
- Notifications — you can turn push notifications on or off through your device settings.
- Deletion — you may request deletion of your personal information by emailing hi@nesttrack.io. If you are a Client whose information was added by an Agent, we may direct your request to that Agent, who controls the record.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.
Children
NestTrack is a business tool intended for real estate professionals and their adult clients. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
